"this property is located right on the St John River so if you have a boat or jetski this is a perfect location. they offer boat slip for overnight stay in the water. overall the hotel was nice and neat. would recommend."

"The room was fine with one exception: the blackout blind was missing. The rod was in place, The blind had been torn out. The front desk was already aware, but could not repair it. It was a full house night, so my late arrival was my fault, I guess. The exterior door locks were not opening to the room key. Faulty code writing of the entrance code, I assume this because the front desk tried her key and it worked. Next visit, we will bring clothes hangers and leave them for the next guest. We had a 'handicapped room', which is more spacious than a smaller regular room. However, the appurtenances have some allowances to be convenient for a client at a different level. Not obvious, at first glance. We will be staying there again."

"As usual, our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I find Hampton Inn, no matter what state or city, it is always consistently pleasant. It's welcoming, clean, has comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast! Oh, and coffee is available 24/7! We will visit again!"
