The staff is very polite, the hotel is clean, but the cleaning of the rooms is rather superficial, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Breakfast good, especially by Slovak standards. Anyway, they gave us an another room but without the shower even without mentioning of compensation and excuses. Everything was terrible. Completely terrible.
