Only come!!! Don’t get fool from picture

Just stay for couple hours for late night fly back to US. Location good facing of East Gate of Ben Thanh market, the lady check in like she doesn’t care we stay here, she told us”you’re can move to another location because chain of A&Em hotel, also cheap price from Hotel.com,we paid $22 dollars for a night( people make only $5or $10 per day and also we only stay for 1/2 day, the point she didn’t give good service her attitude, doesn’t need your business(only one time for me), I don’t want stay in tiny room, just basic for shower like back packer need place take shower,don’t get confused picture show😕😕!!! Wrong place for me even couple hrs, pay a little more make yourself comfortable, this is small house turn into boutique tiny hotel, because of hotel.com I have end up this 1 star hotel

I stayed at this hotel before. This time, a room for 3. The comparison is like night and day.. Last time i stayed was in 2014. It was a room for 2. It was so small. This time, i enjoyed my stay. The staff were nice and always accomodating. Can speak english quite well, too.

The hotel locates right in the heart of the city, opposite Ben Thanh market and close to any other attraction sites, so convenient to reach to within some mins of walking. The staff was helpful and friendly. But I got a no-window room while the advertised room that I booked had windows and was much larger than my actual room. It would be fine for a short business trip.

Great place if you like ants and windowless rooms

Great place to stay if you love ants and false advertising! Our room looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, we were in a small windowless room with wall outlets falling out of the walls and sparked every time you plugged something in. There were ants everywhere all over our bathroom and even in our sheets, we woke up with a ton of ant bodies crushed on our sheets. The staff was friendly tho and helped us get our bus tickets and get to the bus station. The area was close to the war museum which was a treat but definitely did not make up for the room. The “Breakfast Buffet” was a few cold eggs and a small plate of noodles in a tight room. Not to mention the shower made you feel dirtier than when you walked in it with no hot water. The only plus was that the wifi worked in the room. We also heard rats running around upstairs in the middle of the night. Considering it was one of our more expensive stays and our most disappointing, Definitely would not stay again.

kleines Hotel, gute Lage

Das Hotel ist fast zu übersehen, so schmal ist es. Mein Zimmer (Superior Doppelzimmer) war dementsprechend klein, jedoch alles wichtige vorhanden. Einzig ein Safe im Zimmer fehlt, entgegen der Beschreibung! Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr dürftig und asiatisch ausgerichtet. Etwas ungewohnt war, dass Personal öfters in der Lobby rumhängt und den Frühstücksraum als Schlafzimmer nutzt.
