I just stayed a week at Akoya and I'm blown away with the level of service I received. The staff are genuinely friendly, very helpful and made useful recommendations since it was my first time at HCM. I chose this hotel because of the location, which is only a few minutes away from quite a few major attractions, plus Saigon Centre Mall is also right there. The rooms are clean and the free breakfast is also fresh and delicious 😋 I highly recommend this hotel which also offers great value. Shout out to their Joy, Le Dui, Anh, and specially Yen, who helped me with cell data and also went out of her way to help me find a local product I was looking for. I was well taken care of. Thank you Akoya.

Room was a decent size and very clean. Hotel was central and within walking distance of most sites and eating places. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

We stayed in the deluxe king room with balcony. This room was fine, not sure about other interior rooms. Location is good, short walk to most sites if you don’t mind the heat. Breakfast just ok and the one coffee machine made it difficult to get coffee. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The location is amazing and the price can't be beat. The daily breakfast buffet was sufficient and the coffee was excellent! Quiet, clean and in a great area for walking to the highlights of Saigon.

Property location and site is a walkable distance to all tourist sites. Convenience mini marts across from hotel. Love the bathroom and shower unit. Breakfast also good and staff great. Only downside and slight at that ( some noise at night) but is expected as close to restaurants and entertainment.

The property room rate is reasonable for stay in this area. Room is clean and room service is good. The entrance to hotel is not obvious and to access to the reception area, you have to carry your luggages up a flight of steps.

A 2 stars hotel, location is good but so small
The hotel is so little , no service for bring our lugged up , the room so small no place to put my suitcase . Not so clean , hair is fall all over the room Location is good near Ben Thanh Market Breakfast has a few food , but it’s ok

The location is in the center and very close to Ben Thanh Market, and lots of shops, and good restaurants as well. It a few minutes away from Saigon Square and Riverside. The staffs are very nice especially the concierge staff Vivian who helped us with everything we needed during our time there. She also recommended a few restaurants and they were all good. We booked a huge room that has the city view and we are not disappointed at all. Very spacious. We also like the fact that we were able to leave our luggages there when we went to Central Vietnam for a few days. We didn’t have to bring all of our luggages since we have to come back to the hotel for another day anyway before going back to our country of residence. We will definitely stay here again.

Our Favourite
This was our favourite hotel and stay in Vietnam. The breakfast and coffee were small but great quality. Good location. Close to everything. The staff very good and very helpful and flexible. Definitely recommend. Would stay there again.

This is a convenient hotel a block from Ben Than market. Room was clean and spacious. I had a little balcony that gave me a nice view of the city. My only complaint would be how firm the bed was, but i think that is no different from any other hotel in Vietnam.

Top Location, freundliches Team und ein ruhiges und bequemes Zimmer. Es gibt zügiges WLAN, einen Safe und einen Kühlschrank. Ich hatte ein Zimmer ohne Fenster gebucht, weil die Gegend früh etwas lauter werden kann. Das werde ich beim nächsten Besuch wieder tun.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Quick and easy check in and check out. Rooms wern't very soundproof but will definitely recommend for short stays. Plenty of cafe and shops around and ben thanh market is literally just a couple minutes away.

抜群のロケーション
このホテルはお手ごろな割に施設は新しくスタッフもフレンドリーで、何よりロケーションが素晴らしいです。ホーチミンの観光名所はどこも徒歩圏内。食べるところにも買い物にも困らないのに、お部屋が通りと反対側だったせいか騒音もなく快適でした。 ネガティブな印象を持ったのは、手持ちシャワーの水圧が少し低めだったことくらい。 朝食もそこそこの選択肢があって、とても良かったです。
