※気になったところ ・朝食券を最初に滞在日数分用意して欲しい。チェックイン時に次の日の朝食券だけしか入ってなかった。毎日夕方届けてもらうのは面倒くさい。 ・タオルやシーツはちゃんと洗ってあると思うが、シミがあったり、ほつれていたり、穴が空いているものが多かった。細かいことは気にしない国民性⁉︎ ・ベンタイン市場がすぐ、ナイトマーケットは更に近く、ホテル前の交通量もそこそこあるので、音に敏感な方は少し気になるかも⁉︎道路側。テレビをつけているとあまり気にならない⁉︎エレベーター横。奥側は大丈夫⁉︎一つの階に3部屋あります。

Lovely boutique hotel
Perfect location within walking distance of so many areas of HCMC. Second time staying here for us. Great breakfast on the rooftop restaurant! Very nice staff!

Lovely hotel within walking distance of huge market and night market. Food options are many and varied. When booking request to NOT be on the 6th or 7th floor below the kitchen. Very noisy in the morning!!!

Overall great place to stay! Small room, but up to date, clean, and comfortable! Great location for walking around. Manages to keep the city noise out well. Very friendly staff.

立地は、主要な観光地が徒歩圏内で便利でした。部屋のコーヒーメーカーが使えなかったのと、シャワーの水量と温度が適切にならなかったこと、あとトイレットペーパーの予備が置いてなく、二度も持ってきてもらったのは不便でした。 しかし、部屋は清潔でスタッフの対応も悪くはなく、総合的には料金相応だったと思います。

Was a sin beutiful get into the room and find a plate of fruts and a Christmas Card. I really love that. It made us feel special and important for them. Location is perfect, it was just 1 minute to the famous Street Food and Night Market. The room was small but spotlessly clean.

For a boutique hotel, our room was quite spacious. We are very happy that it is right in front of Ben Thanh market, so lugging our shopping bags back to the hotel was a breeze.

Great location and a very good hotel at the price. Chose the most expensive room as we saw in the reviews, that there is one large room on each floor. Worth the extra money.

何度でも泊まりたい素晴らしいホテルです！
本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。とても便利な立地に加え、部屋も清潔で、バスローブやスリッパまで揃っています。そして何よりスタッフの方々がとても親切で、様々なリクエストに親身になって対応して下さいました。最高でした。

시내구경하기 아주 좋은 위치입니다.
상당히 좋았습니다. 전경도 이쁘고 위치도 좋았습니다. 심야시간에 소음이 잘 들어와서 좀 시끄럽고, 아침 조식이 조금 부실하였습니다. 전반적으로 만족합니다.

Die Lage direkt am Nachtmarkt ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sauber aber sehr einfach. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten. Das Problem war, dass sich direkt hinter dem Hotel eine Karaoke Bar befindet.

The best part was the location near where we wanted to be and near the marketplace and a short walk from the bui vien street night action which was a lot of fun. Staff were friendly and helpful and I would like to give a shout out to Kenny, the concierge. The building itself is dated but overall comfortable. We were on the 7th floor, and high enough from the traffic noise. The bed was comfortable and I had a had a good sleep until the chairs were being moved around in the restaurant on the 8th floor at about 7 am. The room was on the small side and TV was about 30 inches and there was not much for English channels, but okay. The tub in the bathroom was high and one needs a step to get out safely,which was supplied. Old towels and not very comfortable but this has been a familiar theme in vietnam I've found. The free breakfast on the outdoor veranda was much better than expected including eggs, bacon, sausage, and toast with a side serving of fruit. Overall the value was good and I give this place a 3.5 rating out of 5.

Great hotel and location
We couldn’t faulter the hotel and the staff, room was spacious and clean, the staff were always friendly and helpful and so was the breakfast. Location was more than perfect as we were right next to the Ben Than Market but not close enough that noise was a problem.

Ok, unser Zimmer war wirklich klein, aber sehr schön eingerichtet und hatte alles was man braucht. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war super. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an à la carte Gerichten und die Aussicht war natürlich traumhaft. Die Lage ist das Beste am Hotel, direkt am Ben Thanh Market. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man zu Fuß ablaufen. Ich würde das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Overall just average. The room is small and internet is slow. Bad front desk service as the lady scream at me to ask for ID like I did something wrong. At the same time she is chatting on the computer.

I always make sure to validate hotel choices on internet before booking a place. Well, of the 12 places we stayed during our month long trip to Asia, this is the only place where I asked myself "what were my fellow reviewers smoking when rating this a 5 ?" On the good side, hotel is very nicely located just across the market, and in less than 15-20 minutes from the core of the city. Also, the staff welcomed us in a very friendly way, making us feel great. But that's it. We had room 502: so small that have your bagage open is a challenge. You need to crawl around the bed. And the worst part: I got up 2 or 3 times to double check that I didn't leave a window open. Not sure if the walls are made of paper or what, but the place is so noisy I felt like I was sleeping - or trying to - on the balcony. Breakfast is served on a so-called rooftop which is not large enough anyways to accomodate enough guests at once (on day two, we had to come back 2 times before being able to sit), and the tables near the side are directly under the sun making it too hot to sit. They had to move a few tables in the center, but it ended up being a bit messy. Breakfast menu is limited, and in any case what you get is what you get. Trying to get a second cup of coffee is a challenge (waited was so busy watching his phone), and anyways, looking at the guy playing with his toes with bare hands made me feel like I didn't want him to touch my dishes.
