we had a great stay

The property is great and walking distance to main road. The front desk staff is sometimes away /cleaning rooms if you arrive check out time. convenient access in and out of property with access cards and elevators. The front desk staff doesnt speak english but is nice and I managed to communicate with google translate.

It was terrible. It seem like everything was broken from the door hinge in the bathroom to the elevator to the front gate. Owner is rude and speaks very unkind. I wouldn’t stay here another day or night even if it was free.. Zero star in my book.

Bad experience ever :(

This is the 1st time i have this bad experience with hotels.com and it is such a bad mood. I did late check in at 10pm and early urgent check out 5am in the Morning because the room was so smelly, bed looks dirty, thêre is no toilette provided. Light not much function, room is too small, no inhouse slipper, and the worst thing is such a bad smelly room. It s really terible. We could not sleep for whole night. I never come to this place again and not recomment to anyone. Hotels.com should look at this and responsible because you said it s clean hotel on your description.

nice place to stay however there no room service or cleaning up of my 12 days of stay only get 1 time in the mid of my stay that it. rubbish you have to clear yourself. no operator on the ground cant speak English at all. always ask to call. i a bit helpless in there as dont speak the local dialect. there no bottle of drink everyday. Only 2 bottle when you arrival. Operator and the worker are inflexible very poor in handling guest. I stay for 12days not 1 to 3 days .there no much instruction to find to contact their operator also. hotel.com listed are not all available. utensils are a bit bad .
