DON’T FALL FOR THE PICTURES! This listing is a complete bait and switch. The photos they share on their listing do not match the property. This listing is for “Vinhomes”, the condo/apartments neighboring Landmark 81, not the actual Landmark itself. The unit my family and I booked was for a 3 bedroom(for 3 weeks), and when we first arrived they assigned us to a very dirty unkept 2 bedroom. Due to the inconvenience, they promised to give us 20% back on our deposit, which they never returned. During our 3 week stay, they only reached out once to see if we needed a room cleaning. We washed our own towels, took out our own trash(daily), because bugs easily find their way in, and even saw a mouse in the shower. The pool is outdoor and none of the amenities were communicated on how to access. The surrounding area is a good neighborhood to be in for Ho Chi Minh and safe to be around. But don’t be scammed into booking this property for what they offer at the price they do.

a really great stay here! wonderful location that is near to everything but really quiet at the same time. beautifully and practically decorated. Phuong is a really great host, very responsive and had wonderful recommendations. having access to the washing machine and dryer is also a lifesaver would recommend to anyone going to Ho Chi Minh :)

It’s very nice and comfortable place to stay we had thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is a wonderful person. He was always there to help us out on any matter. Great location and the service from the staff was outstanding. Whenever I needed something or had any questions, the response time was instantly. The Apartment was spacious and great value for your money. There was always a front desk receptionist and security guard at the front gate 24/7 if safety was your concern. Everyone who works there are so nice and friendly. Lots of places to eat nearby as well. You will not be disappointed!

Yes it was a clean room on the higher floor with an excellent view, close to the shopping mall and lots of eating options , easy access to Uber / Bolt. the bottled water was a 5 Gallon bottle enough water for the stay and easy to refill the smaller bottles. Security was nice and helpful, neighborhood was good. Nice and comfy stay.

Nice view and a great spot for short layovers! My boyfriend and I were looking for a comfortable place with all the amenities to spend our 12-hour transit, and this was the ideal choice. The room was tidy and beautifully decorated.

The apt wasnt well cleaned. Spiderwebs at different places. More kitchen equipment would be good. There was only a few plates and cutlery. Not enough for four people and a breakfast at home. There were some issues with the acess to the pool needed fingwrprint and they didnt help us with that.

Very difficult check in process - was requested multiple times to pay in cash only and when I refused they told me there was issues with their credit card machine and again asked for cash which was large sum and seemed very unprofessional. I was eventually able to pay via credit, but was made to feel very uncomfortable about it. Rooms look nothing like the pictures with very dated and worn furniture. Rooms were clean, no issues there. Building located in a nice area! We booked multiple rooms for a family trip and the building keys only allow you to take the elevator to the floors you are staying on which was inconvenient when wanting to visit or get something from one another however this wouldn’t be N issue for solo room bookings

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! Great environment and near to all the tourist spots. Killer view too! Phuong provides clear instructions on the first day & is always responsive on the app when you need him. I pretty much have the whole place to myself for the whole duration of the stay.
