Communication with staff via WhatsApp. The first room I received was outdated with major leaks from air conditioners. It resolved quickly and get to a new room within an hour. The view is beautiful and amenities is great.

This property is absolutely disgusting and very misleading as this is not an appartment as listed this is a Hostel And it is certainly not a 4 star rating in my opion I wouldn’t even classify this to any rating They wouldn’t even refund me the money even though I never stayed here Do not book this apartment as the pictures advertised is a lie They taken my money and would not refund me I am absolutely disappointed with Expedia as they have not assisted me in refunding me my money for this apartment.

The room smelled strongly of Durian and I ended up scrubbing all the walls, floors and furniture. The walls were very dirty. The worst part was there was no hot water. I had stayed in a different room on the floor below and the hot water was fine so they had to have turned it off for this unit. Communication was good until I said there was no hot water, then crickets. I never did get a response concerning the water.

Pool we wouldn't know whoever lets you in to the building 30 minutes notice before you can use the pool. room was clean but had titles lifting up air con did not work correctly This was a very scary experience. We went to check in and we saw a big sign from the government saying no short term stays! There are security guards at the door not letting you in. There is NO reception area as stated by expedia. In fact it was only after we thought about it and called the number on our confirmation someone answered 27 minutes later we were finally let into our apartment which had a feeling of should we really be here? Not to mention while we were sitting outside waiting to let us in the security were watching us that night we went to sleep with a chair against our door. We helped two other couples and told them they had to call their number on their confirmation. It wasn't just us who were very confused with the check in process..... 2 days into our 4 day stay we get a message saying we need to check out ...... to which we respond that we still have 2 days left no response until we follow up and the reply was just ok OK what ???? The end of the story is we booked ourselves other accommodation and one of us went back to get the bags while the other person stayed away with our passports just in case there was an issue with us leaving the building Expeida and trivago you should be ashamed of yourself saying there is a reception area when there is not. The room that my friend and I stayed in had a strange mildew smell and it did not go away during the five days we were there. I also saw a cockroach by the kitchen sink area which was not pleasant at all. We also ran out of toilet paper and messaged the host, but they never responded so we just bought our own. I did not want to give a 1 star just because I feel like they have potential to improve and the price of the place we got made sense I guess.

Difficult to get in the hotel late at night waited forever, to use the pool you need to again message the owner to meet you at the pool. The rooms were awesome and spacious put your card in the slot to get the AC to work swipe card in elevator to use it. Your welcome other than that great place.

Room was in pretty good condition. The host seemed to live in the building and was reasonably responsive to communication. Her English needs work. A minor problem with the AC was repaired the next day. Host let us check out one hour late so we didn’t have to pay for luggage storage before going to the airport. The price was in line with other apartments in the building.

Great value for the price, actually extended my stay for an extra week. My room overlooked the river, spacious room with a gods and a kitchenette as well as a washing machine. Pleasant 20 minute walk by the river to the city. Also, 7-Eleven and other small grocery stores outside.

Im blown away by all the wonderful reviews. From communication to property condition and management attitude this hotel deserves zero stars. Rooms are nothing like the ones pictured, they are completely run down with cheap white worn out furniture. I was finally able to find this property on google where the rating is 2,6 out of 5 and thats pretty accurate

The staff on the ground are clearly trying their best and deserve a medal for effort. Unfortunately, the higher-ups seem to have adopted a strict ‘see no evil, smell no evil’ policy when it comes to actually checking or maintaining the rooms. Without exaggeration, this was hands-down the foulest-smelling accommodation my partner and I have ever endured. The bathroom toilet wasn’t properly sealed, so it was cheerfully venting raw sewer gas into our living space like it was doing us a favor. We politely messaged the property—twice—to report it. They sent the cleaning lady once (props to her—she did a heroic job with what she had), but the stench laughed in her face and carried on unchanged. In desperation, I turned into a one-person drain-unclogging SWAT team: dumped laundry detergent, dish soap, blasted the pipes with the shower head on jet mode… nothing. Turns out it wasn’t a clog; the toilet was just openly cosplaying as an open sewer grate. We ended up sleeping with the bathroom door barricaded shut like it was containing a biohazard. Every morning and evening became a frantic window-and-front-door-opening ceremony just to make the room breathable again. The bathroom fan? Non-functional—shocking, I know. The air conditioner was on its last legs, wheezing and rattling like it was auditioning for a horror movie. We had to run it on the lowest setting with the lowest fan setting where it decided after one night to drop a puddle on the floor. So yah, you be the judge.

This place is a dive. Could be nice, but everything is dirty. Neglected. On the edge of being a dump. The pictures do not match. It is a great if you are a backpacker who has been living the hostel life. Def an upgrade to hostel, but it is not a livable appartment. Dirty. Dirty and dirty. Had a hard time using the towels. A hard time sleeping bc the bed was dirty. The whole set up is for those who back pack and roll around in the dirt. If you are remotely a clean person, this place is not for you. Do not trust the pictures.
