Pros: very friendly helpful staff. Very accommodating. Convenient location, and overall safe. AC worked great, and hotel ensured we had enough water and towels. Great choice of restaurants and businesses the locals went to, and honestly preferred to be away from the more touristy areas. Areas for improvement: Some of the appliances were older/worn, and the bathrooms appeared to have some water damage. Triggered my allergies a bit. Nevertheless we spent a lot of time with family, and wondering, so for the purpose of sleeping and being safe, and having friendly staff, I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Good location, room basic and clean

The room we first got was smelling mouldy and 2 walls were stained of water damages! I asked for another room and after 2 attempts I found one okay! There is only a kettle, no coffee /tea and bottled water the first day, TV with channels but antenna did not work, so pictures unclear, it’s a basic room. Bring your own toothbrush as theirs leave plastic bristles in the mouth!! Some staff were very friendly, some without a smile. It’s a A$35-40 room relative central with some nice local restaurants and coffee shops around what we liked! The hotel could do with new paint

Convenient location

The hotel is in an area close to walking distance in Co Bac street! We have been there a few times! It’s ok, but the pillows and mattress are not comfortable! A few years ago it costed $20 a night, now we paid $36 and we won’t come again!

Convenient hotel

We stayed in the hotel whenever we came to Saigon to go to the airport for 170000dong It’s a convenient location, a bit away from all the tourists area, but close enough to walk for coffee or buy anything you need! The room is clean, aircon works fine, TV, fridge! No spoons or coffee/ tea which used to be standard in our earlier stays! Also the pillows were too hard for our liking! There are some vegan/ vegetarian restaurants/ take away style close by!

最悪なホテル。お湯が出ないのでシャワーもあびれない。7階の部屋でしたが6階までしかエレベーターが無い。ガラスが割れている。掃除がされていない。タオルも清潔感無し。絶対に泊まらない
