Value of Stay.

Great stuff. Front desk was very helpful and polite. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was included with limited selections. But very tasty. Plenty of shops nearby. Great location, away from the main street noises. Walking distance to many restaurants. Hotel is located at District 5, a 10mins hop away to District 1.

They were very friendly and the place is clean. we stayed there for 2 weeks. Decent breakfast included with a nice cup of iced coffee. The staff were absolutely fantastic. Pricing overall was affordable as well, the room we got was spacious. Steady wifi connection throughout.

Been to HCM many times and stayed at different locations. This is located at a good place. But had a terrible experience in this hotel. On the 2nd last day and the cleaning lady took some cash from my personal bag while I was out for lunch. She even had the audacity to swap a broken note (which was unusable) with a good one from my bag. I would avoid this hotel in the future.

The property and the hotel is very good, but the reservation booking with Expedia was for 4 people withVIP and confirmed, by the time check-in at Signature Boutiqye, tgey only shown for three people instrad of 4 people. Finally, the Signature Boutique let us stayed for 4 without EXTRA charge, which are very nice from Signaturr Boutique.

Interesting design

Hotel is located at a convenient , shopping are in an alley way. Room is dirty and poorly ventilated, carpet and bathroom need a good cleaning, moles noted at the ceiling of the bathroom, a shade needs to be drawn every times when using the bathroon due to the design of the bathroom, it is quite inconveninent .staffs are friendly and very helpful.

The staffs are friendly an very helpful, the hotel is located in an alley way of an convenient shopping area. The room is poorly ventilated . The carpet and the bathroom is dirty, it needs a good cleaning, moles noted in the shower. Due to the design of the room, every time using the washroom, a shade needs to be drawn to provide some privacy.

Super service, venligt personale, god morgenmad. De havde ikke tilbud om transfer fra lufthavnen selvom det står på hotels.com siden. Rengøringen kunne have været bedre. Alt i alt kan det anbefales, beliggenheden er god og jeg vil gerne komme igen!

The photos of the room on the hotel website look much better than the actual room. The cleanliness of the room was just okay and could be done better. The breakfast was fine and the lady who served breakfast was very friendly. The internet speed was slow. The staff at the reception were ok.
