Impeccable service from the lobby staff - super attentive, and always going above and beyond for every interaction. In addition; the cot set up for my baby, the little notes left & birthday surprise for my husband were so cute and super appreciated!

I can’t talk about this hotel enough. I booked the Sanctuary Executive Double Room for a family trip, and we all agreed that the hotel was truly the highlight of our stay. The hospitality was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and incredibly prompt in their service. When my mother unfortunately experienced food poisoning, the team quickly provided fruits that were gentle on her stomach within minutes. We were genuinely touched by their care and responsiveness. Honestly, the level of service surpassed many five-star hotels we’ve stayed at. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with complimentary drinks and snacks, which immediately made us feel at home. There was also a lovely complimentary high tea from 2–5pm daily, served with the cutest tea sets — and the food was absolutely delicious. On our last day, the team even prepared a card and gifted us chocolates as a thank-you for staying. Such thoughtful gestures made the entire experience feel personal and heartfelt. Our family would like to express our sincere appreciation for the top-notch service at Silverland Sakyo Hotel & Spa. The staff were friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English. We will certainly be keeping an eye out for other Silverland Hotels & Spa properties in the future because of this wonderful experience. Keep up the amazing work!

10年近く年2回程度は泊まっていますが、嫌な思いをしたことがありあません。部屋の掃除もきちんとされています。ドアマンのある方がとても一生懸命仕事をされます。今回は前日に空港までの送りをお願いしておりましたが、チェックアウト時に確認すると入っておらず再度手配をお願いして無事空港へは行けました。今後は気を付けてくださいね。もちろん次回も利用したいです。

I'm a huge nut for Japanese designs and this place does not disappoint. I also enjoyed the service, the cleanliness of the room, the overall darker mood lighting, the 2-4pm music ambiance provided by the apartment. Some cons: My shower window was a bit on the scummy side. The host that received us at breakfast and the breakfast itself could use a bit of an upgrade, but nothing to discourage me from re-booking again. You'll appreciate this spot for the price!

Helpful and kind The room feels claustrophobic without windows and not even a picture in wall ( room 502 ) The area is good , definitely not for families The bathtub shower need repairs , when you step in make noises ( cracking feel ) I like district #1 but I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.

I really enjoy staying at hotels that have character and aren't some bland, corporate, builder-grade room. This Japanese aesthetic is prevalently displayed throughout the hotel and the room and added a deep sense of calm upon entering from the hustle and bustle of HCMC. The small details really make a difference - fruit basket and fresh squeezed juice upon arrival was an especially nice touch.

This hotel was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The room was amazing..we were fortunate enough to get a corner room and I’d highly recommend this if you can, room spotless, so many little extras (fresh fruit on arrival, a foot bath, amazing jacuzzi tub and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever experienced). The roof top pool and bar were great and they had a 2 for 1 happy hour until 4pm. The spa was really nice too. I think it was the staff that really impressed me though…friendly, helpful and always smiling. Lots of good food in the area and really close to many of the sights you’d want to see in HCMC. Couldn’t have been happier

Loved staying here - the last place we stayed on our honeymoon in Vietnam. When we arrived we were greeted with a cold cup of juice and very friendly staff. The room was lovely, with a japanese toilet and a bath! Breakfast was a real highlight, with an amazing selection of food and condiments. We also loved being able to come back from a day out in the humid city to the rooftop with the heated jacuzzi pool to chill out.

The most amazing stand out factor from the Silverland Sakyo has to be the staff. They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable with local recommendations. Overall the Japanese vibe of the hotel is beautiful and the rooftop bar is fantastic, we spent New Years Eve on the roof and had an amazing view of the fireworks on the river. I would 100% recommend the Silverland Sakyo for anyone who wants a well located and welcoming hotel in Saigon

We had an amazing stay! Great facilities, amazing service and a beautiful space. A great location close to many sights in District 1. Would most definitely stay again!

立地は日本人街の直ぐそばでミニストップ、ファミマ、松屋があります。 スタッフは皆親切で凄く感じが良かったです。 部屋も清潔です。

Clean room, staff very very friendly, and breakfast is pretty good. In a nice location where you can have Japanese food. There are some Korean restaurants also but if you want Vietnamese, there are some as well.
