We had a great time in this property. Staff was very helpful the whole time. What impressed me was that on last day my partner got sick and staff was very helpful and accommodating. They let us stay after the check out time and found a room that was under maintenance for hot water but to us that was no problems at all and they did not charge anything extra for letting us stay longer.

We enjoyed our stay at The Bloom. It is located in a vibrant neighbourhood full of options for Vietnamese and Japanese food. The staff were all friendly, charming and extremely helpful, especially since I had a number of travel issues that I needed help with. The bathroom in our deluxe suite was spacious, it was handy having the kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is on a quiet street away from the traffic and bustle of the neighbourhood. We felt we were in the "real" Saigon but with all the creature comforts. Although the hotel might not suit someone with real accessibility issues, I would recommend The Bloom as a comfortable haven in a busy city.

Everything about the hotels was great. Clean, furnace word everything you need. Good location. But I have to commend one staff member in particular that stood out. That would be Kim who worked the front desk. I feel she went above and beyond to make my stay there pleasant and comfortable. Kim would quickly and kindly address any needs that I had during my stay there. It was because of Kim that my experience there was positive and I would definitely stay there again and even recommend the hotel to others. I think she’s truly deserving of the acknowledgment that she truly deserves.

We had a very nice stay. The room is comfortable and has a well equipped kitchen, which we did not use, as there are all kinds of dining options close by, particularly Japanese. We did have a problem with a broken faucet in the shower but it was fixed relatively quickly. My only other feedback would be to get rid of the ceramic soap/shampoo containers. they are not the right material for a shower and in fact fell a couple of times, breaking the cap once. The WiFi is good and the staff are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The location is good. Not quite downtown but a Grab to downtown is only a couple of bucks. Very good value for the cost and recommended.

Loved this place! Rooms were well put together. The full water cooler in the room and the bidet were very appreciated! Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Great little hotel- recommended

I’ve just stayed a week at this hotel and I would certainly come back if I get the chance. It is a little tucked away but the grab taxi drivers seem to find it ok. The staff are great, very helpful and spoke good English. The hotel is very clean although a little worn in places, but this didn’t detract from my stay. The lift will take you up to the 7th floor but breakfast is on the 8th so you will need to use the stairs a bit. They are quite steep so if you have mobility issues this may be a problem. There is a great coffee shop next door perfect for remote working and a couple of good vegan/vegetarian restaurants within 2-5 mins walk. There is also a great convenience store for drinks and snacks. As someone from the UK the area initially seemed a little bit rough, but as I got to know the city I felt safe in the area as a single female traveller.

As I walked through the area, I was struck by the stylish cafes and restaurants that line the streets. Many of these spots are run by Japanese owners, attracting a diverse mix of expats and locals alike. What makes this area special is the perfect blend of old and new. While trendy coffee shops and bars have sprung up, the neighborhood has retained its local essence. I saw old apartment buildings standing next to contemporary establishments, and street food vendors still serving delicious, authentic Vietnamese dishes. It’s this balance that gives Pham Viet Chanh its unique character—offering both a sense of nostalgia and a glimpse into the city's evolving future. Bloom is located central PVC. Very nice !

“Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!” I stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks during my first visit to Vietnam, and I will definitely be back! The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. From the lounge staff who prepared my breakfast to perfection each day, to the housekeeping team who always kept my room spotless and well-stocked with hygiene products and fresh towels, everything was taken care of. The reception team also stood out, always greeting me with a smile and assisting with the door every time I entered or exited the hotel. A special shoutout to Kim, the front desk receptionist, who truly made my first visit to Vietnam seamless. She made the check-in process a breeze, helped me arrange tours to the Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong River, and offered excellent recommendations for local attractions. She also provided helpful information about the 50th anniversary of Vietnam’s reunification. The hotel is in a great location! The area felt safe to walk around, and there’s a wonderful coffee shop next door. Within a 3–5 minute walk, you’ll find more great cafes, Japanese restaurants, street food vendors, local eateries, bars, and even a convenience store. It’s also just a 10-minute drive from District 1, making it very convenient to explore. Overall, this hotel made my first trip to Vietnam smooth and memorable. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a really good stay at the bloom. The rooms are spacious and clean, and perfect for a city break in Ho Chi Minh City. However I have to say, the highlight of our stay was Kim on reception. Kim was super friendly, kind and helpful. She was really attentive and made our stay as easy and as smooth as possible. Thank you!
