The unit/building was not the same as pictured. Before booking no where did it say the pool/gym was for residents only. Location was good and place was clean. But really upset about pool/gym situation because that was a main reason we chose this listing.

nice enough property but no access to gym or poôl which is not clearly explained in description. I feel ripped out and exercise didn’t care in the least. Expedia says talk to the host , Host says talk to Expedia. Nobody cares about the customer - just get the money.

As some say, this isn't hotel. It is apartment that the owner share the room with tourist. Communication was taken at WhatsApp, then they quickly responded. The area is so new, so we need to wait restaurants to be build near there near future.

Grei beliggenhet. Men det er ikke Opera bygget man bor på så ble veldig skuffet. Veldig dårlig oversikt hva du leier her. Bodde på det The Crest, største problemet må jo været heiset på bygget. Leser ikke kortet inne mellom. Bassenget er ganske grei. Nedturen var jo solen ble borte kl.14.00 der siden det ligger en annet bygg rett foran som tar imot all solen. Ellers var Securitas veldig hyggelig og smilende. Motsatt til de som jobber i resepsjonen sur og grinete. De drar jo hele standarden på hele blokka ned.
