"Un accueil parfait et souriant, notre bus est arrivé très très en avance et malgré cela nous avons été accueilli comme des rois avec le petit déjeuner offert ainsi qu’un thé pour nous réchauffer. On nous a même prêté une chambre pour nous reposer en attendant que notre bungalow soit prêt. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons. L’hôtel est très bien situé tout est accessible en vélo. "This is the kind of hotel that all travellers expect but seldom find. Here it ticks all the boxes , I could not find a single fault. It was perfect. Spotlessly clean ,immaculate bedrooms and top notch facilities. Adding to all of that the owner and staff were utterly fantastic. They were super friendly and so helpful. So much so I actually returned a few days after leaving because the hotel in Hanoi could nowhere near match the quality and service I received here. I certainly give this hotel a big 5star rating and would recommend to anyone staying in the Tam Coc area of Ninh Binh."
