"Had het hotel o.a. uitgekozen i.v.m. de goede recensies van het restaurant maar.... dat was gesloten. Verder was onze kamer opgemaakt voor 1 persoon. Gelukkig vonden we nog een dekbed in een kast. Wat ook nog tegen viel was dat je €10,00 moest betalen om te mogen parkeren bij het hotel op hun eigen parkeerplaats (!?). Ontbijt was wel goed vezorgd maar dit was de eerste en laatste keer bij het MK hotel Russelheim"

"This hotel does NOT operate a shuttle to the airport despite advertising it. The front desk staff member was unapologetic about it and didn’t offer options for alternative transport. The washrooms in the lobby and restaurant area were completely closed for refurbishment which meant you had to use the bathroom in your own room - not ideal. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast buffet plentiful and fresh. Rooms are a very good size and well equipped with good quality...

Das Team war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Bar, die perfekt dazu einlädt, den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiter!"

"Wir waren für eine Nacht im Favorite Parkhotel und hatten uns aufgrund des Preises und der Ausrichtung als Spa-Hotel deutlich mehr erwartet. Leider war der Whirlpool während unseres Aufenthalts nicht nutzbar. Die Anlage schien defekt zu sein, die Düsen funktionierten nicht und das Wasser zirkulierte nicht. Da der Whirlpool zudem keiner Sonneneinstrahlung geschützt ist, hatte sich das Wasser so stark aufgeheizt, dass ein Aufenthalt kaum möglich war. Auch beim zweiten Pool waren die Wände...

"Ausreichend Parkplätze. 24/7 Tee und Kaffee. Das Zimmer war sehr groß, aber es sollte unbedingt transparent kommuniziert werden, dass man beim Buchen eines Comfort-Zimmers ggf. in einem behindertengerechten Zimmer untergebracht wird. Was an sich kein Problem ist, wenn man das weiß. Aber wenn ich mehr Geld für ein Zimmer ausgebe, dann gehe ich von einem auch optisch besseren Zimmer aus und erwarte keine Krankenhaus-Vibes. Der Schminkspiegel war zu niedrig, am Waschbecken keine...

"Great location in Mainz, directly across from the train station. Everything is a 10 to 20 minute walk away, max. Rooms are efficient but we had some issues with fit and finish. The bathroom door is basically a large shower door and it came off the tracks making it so we couldn't close it. bad for TV. shou to l"
