Hyatt House The Woodlands / Shenandoah
10/10 Excellent
"Favorite place to stay at. Third time this year. Staff is always great. Rooms always clean. Quiet surrounding and places at a walking distance. Always a nice spot to stay at!"

Grand Tuscany Hotel
4/10 Poor
"The room had one towel, one hand towel. The room I booked was a 2 bed room. Everything else had sets of 2. Cups, coffee etc. when I tried to call the desk the phone didn’t work. Went downstairs to find the person manning the desk doesn’t have access to towels as well as the cleaning people went home for the day. I was told to check the pool area for extra towels only to find a bunch of dirty towels everywhere. The guy was able to get towels from another room and give me. This happened pretty much every day for my 3 day trip. The room wasn't cleaned when I asked for new sheets they just reused the same sheets(makeup stain on the pillow case). My mom got Keurig sickness from a dirty keurig in the room. When we ask the cleaning lady for new cups not only did she have her AirPods in but she told us to clean them in the bathroom sink…When I told her the cups were dirty and we wanted new ones she sighed took the cups and came back maybe 5 minutes later with thanked her and she said yep and walked away. Last day im on a different floor to use the ice machine (only levels 5 and 7 had them) the elevator opened partially while still in the elevator I hit the emergency button. No one came my mom and I had to push/pull the doors open. After telling the manager everything she refunded us for just a day. The guy manning the desk overnight did his best with what he had even though he didn’t have the tools for success and he was very nice. They only got 3 stars for the pool alone."

Kompose Residences Houston Cy-Fair
8/10 Good
"The hotel was beautiful but the room had small ants behind bed. I asked to be moved to a different room she moved me to the 2nd floor after requested for 3rd floor. I moved to the 2nd floor and it sounded like a stampede was above my head and ut was for hours. I would definitely go back but 3rd floor only. Breakfast was great amongst other hotels."

"Room was descent and mostly clean. Breakfast was horrible. Very little options. It’s the same each other. No potatoes, very little fruit, and just below average. "

The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton
10/10 Excellent
"Me and my newly married husband stayed here for our little getaway the day we got married and everything was perfect! The room was very clean and stay stocked with towels and everything we needed, they even clean the room and left our belongings nicely put up while we were out and about. The staff was very accommodating and helpful as to any questions we had, the pool was also very nice and there was a couple of different pools to move around through with a hot tub included! The only thing that I would say is definitely keep in mind that it isn’t a all inclusive and the only thing that surprised me, but wasn’t too bad, was that there was no microwave in the room or in a common area so we had to pay to have one sent to the room and it was a fee for everyday we kept it. I would definitely recommend this place for couples but also families because it was very family friendly!"

Hyatt Regency Houston West

"The breakfast menu was terrible. The price makes it even worse."
