"The check in for starters is very odd. The first thing they make you sign is a disclaimer not to get the wood floors wet etc. or there is an additional charge. The next odd thing is we used the sauna located in the basement which is under construction. So it doesn’t really feel like the pictures. The next item, you need to use their sandals which you are required to deposit 25 CHF in cash per set. You cannot apply to the room or use a credit card hold etc. Not exactly welcoming or relaxing....

"The reception staff was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the area, fluent in multiple languages and really helpful with information and assistance supplying us for our weekend stay. Apartment was clean, roomy and had everything we needed to stay in or go out (including much needed Nespresso and umbrellas). Everything is very walkable from the location. Was made to feel like a special guest."

Just few mins walk from Interlaken ost station and few mins walk to all Restos around there..was perfect for us... Room was very good and the staffs were really helpful.. "Central location short walk from Interlaken West station. Peter on reception was very helpful when enquiring about my itinerary. Room clean and well equipped. Breakfast was great, good range of continental optiins along with boiled or scrambled eggs available. Hot drinks available throughout the day. Would defo recommend "

"It is too far walking from train station. Bus not operating due to construction for a week. Even bus is operating, you still need to walk uphill about 500 m . We have to walk uphill for about 20 mins. I would suggest to stay in Grindelwald ( nice view ) or Interlaken area. They picked us up but their rate is not standardized, depends on the receptionist. First time pick up, they charged CHF 8. Going down to train station also the same CHF 8. When we call again, for pick up at train station, the...
