We stayed on the ground floor and had a wonderful experience—a spacious bedroom facing a small, traditional courtyard, with convenient hotel facilities nearby. One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. "If a room has a shared toilet and bath, then they should say this clearly. They do not. It's rather expensive considering that the toilet is down the hall and shared with everyone else. "

"Hôtel is very well located, near to the JR Kanazawa Station, many shopping and eateries nearby. The hotel has a special touch by offering in-house guests « happy hour » from 11am - 8pm. The amenities offered at lobby was sufficient but not as extensive as some other hotels I have been in Japan. The room I stayed in was super spacious and well equipped for 2 persons. "
