"It was amazing"

"The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "

I stayed in a single bed room, we requested a refrigerator for diabetic supplies and it was fine. No microwave in room, but microwaves at end of hallway. "Steele Hill is absolutely beautiful! My room was clean and comfy and reasonably priced for a resort! I will say check in can be confusing as they said I was staying in the main building. The map only says east building, west building etc. You would think the brightly lit building on the hill would be the main building, but that’s incorrect.
