Loved our stay! The room was spacious and clean and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful fall views. The live music in the lobby and outdoor hot tub were a nice treat. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice resort with a lot of amenities. It’s seems to be a time share resort that also does public short term rentals. The room was very spacious, could use some updating, but not bad, good value for the money. Staff was friendly and concierge very helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay at InnSeason Resorts in New Hampshire! The hotel is very clean, and our room was super comfortable and cozy. All of the facilities were well maintained and spotless, and the pool was really nice and enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again

Temperature was very hot in the upstairs rooms. We had to have windows open to cool rooms down. Other than that everything was fantastic. We loved it there and hope to stay again. Very comfortable and everything we needed was there. Staff was more that accommodating.

InnSeason Pollard Brook is a great place to stay if you are driving the Kancamagus Highway 112 to see the fall colors. Make a stop at the Welcome Center before you start your drive. They have a good map of the Highway with the overlooks and turnouts marked. The attendants were very informative. The inn is also located by a verity of restaurants. The rooms have full kitchens which is nice, as well. I would stay there again.

InnSeason Pollard Brook is our favorite place to stay in NH. The condos are clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and kitchen stuff. The location is amazing - super close to so many fun things like hiking trails, the Pemi River, Clark’s Bears, Whale’s Tail water park, Loon, etc and not too far from Story Land (about 45 min). My kids absolutely love the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tubs.

We got lucky with a clean spacious suite during leaf peeping season booked late through Expedia at a great price. Unfortunately, the room needs a new mattress. Check in would have been better if we were directed out door to building on the right. The campus map with a room circled proved confusing.
