"Nice little B&B within walking distance to the city centre.
This was a convenient location with onsite parking available.
The room was spacious and comfortable for the most part although our bed was very creaky so maybe the mattress or base needs replacing.
Shower was excellent and the breakfast was good, recommended!"

"The overall service was very good. There was plenty of safe parking at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious and there was a good choice for breakfast. Were I to need a hotel in the future close to Selby then I would have no hesitation in staying at this one again."

The highlight for us were the friendly and helpful staff in every department from checking in, to the bar staff, breakfast staff and those in the Spa. "It was totally magical staying at the castle. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. It was marvelous exploring the castle and grounds. The road to get there is narrow and bumpy, but once you’re there it is worth it! We had a lovely breakfast in the little restaurant. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Wish we could have stayed longer. "
