Waves Hotel NYE Beach - Newport OR
They have a quiet time at 10 and fine is 200 which I think is bad but overall good

Little Creek Cove Beachfront Resort
Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and easy access to beach, literally a short walk. Very close to quick amenities like shopping and BLM & Oregon State Parks. Very tranquil. Area for grill and an area for bonfire. The view of the ocean from every room was impressive!

Schooner Landing
This place was great for a family. Perfect amount of space for everyone, great location with an easy walk to the beach, and an amazing pool. The staff was wonderful too-they made me and my kid feel so welcomed

The Landing at Newport
Room was immaculate! Only problem was it gets pretty warm in the room, however a fan is provided that solved the problem
