"I was greeted by Emerson when I arrived. He was friendly and welcoming. I received an upgrade due to my Expedia status. He was proactive ensuring I was taken care of. He demonstrated exemplary customer service. Although the hotel was a little older, the cleanliness, comfort, and amenities were remarkable and made it feel welcoming and nice. I would definitely stay here again. "

"There were many people checking in at the time we arrived. The front desk staff was able to get to us within a very timely manner so we could get to our room. Thank you."

"This was the best place to stay as we were attending a concert at the Maverik Center which was right there. We watched the traffic for 2 hours trying to file out of there and we just walked back to our hotel. Plus there's many dining options around the area. "

"Very comfortable bed and pillows, room was perfectly clean and in great condition. Staff was great, spa/pool is really nice. Definitely a do again. Breakfast is mediocre but the fruit/yoghurt was good so not a big deal. "

"Pretty basic standard American motel style facility, decent rooms and beds, although it could do with a lick of paint. As someone coming from "the continent" I'm not entirely sure the advertised continental breakfast was exactly that. Nonetheless I did enjoy the ability make your own fresh waffles. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'll surely consider staying here again in future SLC visits. "
