"These people had me book my stay online because I did not have my physical debit card and they thought it might bypass it because my car was stolen and I was left stranded and my purse with everything in it was in the car. The woman in the office wouldn’t even let me stay in the lobby to stay warm. I was in a Halloween costume and it was freezing cold and she was mean and rude and not understanding of the situation like the previous employee was I had to have the police come and take me to...

"large, clean rooms. Really comfy bed. Easy location. Great price!"

"It was a pleasant stay! It was quiet and the staff was very helpful and kind. The cleaning crew didnt bother me at all when I was in the room which was also nice."

"Booked with them because normally RedLion is a good hotel. Never had an issue when staying before. This hotel was nasty, smelt awful, pool goes from 3-4-6-7ft hot tub boarded up and out of commission. Regular room key does not work for pool entry you have to get a pool key and check out towels at the front. Breakfast was blueberry yogurt, old oranges. Reception on staff was kind enough to give a breakfast sandwich and a pastry. Room smelt awful, burn marks in the drawer, stains on the floor,...

"We have no hot water, our TV didn’t work, the carpet in our room was wet and they had a fan drying it when we came in. We were told that Room should’ve never been rented out. I made my reservations well in advance. I asked staff multiple times for help to no avail. The hot tub was so disgusting that it was cloudy and had a foam on top of it. The pool did not heat. And we were never told about that. We literally bought swimsuits to go swimming there."
