The only thing we didn’t like was that we were put at the end of the hallway right across from the elevator so we heard the elevator all night. "Stay was great. Room suited our needs. My only complaint is that there were 3 of us staying in the room. After a long day of travel we all wanted to shower and discovered there were only 2 towels in the room. I thought perhaps they made a mistake and didn’t realize there were 3 of us when they cleaned the room. I mean 2 towels even for 2 people staying for 3 nights seemed inadequate. When I reached out reminding them there were 3 of us and 2 towels they stated their policy was 2 towels per room...

"Be aware of this place if you take a lap dog, they will frame and charge you for "dog poop". I have a well trained dog that has been traveling with me for years and has his own bed. This is incredibly infuriating they said there was dog poop in the bed. So where did my husband and I sleep? I even returned to the room because I left my car keys when checking out and I moved all the covers from the bed to find the keys. "Room was not clean at all. The floors were sticky, the bathroom had chewed gum on the floor, used bar soap in the tub, dirt in the tub, and potential dirty towel with blood in it. The room had an odor as well. The staff said they couldn’t help and just told us to email the manager. Not sure if this was isolated to just my room but would not recommend booking here"

"I was a solo traveler, here for a few days, and I was glad when I arrived to such a clean, tidy room. I was pleased with the control of room temperature I had and how there was always someone to talk to at the front desk. The only odd thing was my room had shampoo and bath soap but no regular hand soap to use at the sink. I would love to stay here again."
