"Everything was great. Only complaint was in the morning we could hear everything through the walls, from a loud conversation, to a dog barking and someone putting something heavy in the dryer. We were up by then so it was fine but just a heads up for traveling with pets or children."

"Free water from dispenser at breakfast area."

"Horrible sewer smell in bathroom. The ac worked from the unit on the floor not the co trolls on the wall."

"I had very little time on this trip, so I did not address these issues with the staff. In the few interactions I did have with them, the staff was friendly and helpful. "I like this brand. I know what to expect when we check in. Here are the problems we experienced here. 1) Could not get an answer to request the shuttle to pick us up at rental car area, 2) Ice machine did not work on our floor. Went to another floor and cleaning staff got the one on that floor with some difficulty. 3) Casting on TV would not work. Maintenance was able to get it working, Bath and room are great."
