"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt. Our room was clean, we were able to access extra towels and a blanket easily. The shower had good water pressure. Daily breakfast was wonderful and hot. We also enjoyed the manager’s happy hour! I’d highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay again."

"Everything was pretty great about the staff and the rooms. The only issue we had was the noise level at night. We could hear noises from the rooms all around us, especially on the other side of the connecting door. The AC doesn't have a fan setting, so we couldn't use that for white noise, and the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. I would stay here again, but I would be sure to bring my own white noise."

"This hotel was comfortable and in a great location. Nice pool and outside bar area. Good little coffee shop right on property. When we arrived we were told our one room we had booked had a leak so they gave us two rooms complimentary. That was a nice touch and it was greatly appreciated! Overall I’d recommend this hotel!"

"Has been a favorite place to stay for many years, however this time the property looks a bit tired. Room was nice but bathroom had what once to be a glass enclosure now covered by a spring rod and plastic curtain. Doesn’t seem like maintained too well. Also no EV charging on property, which is weird for a resort this size. Cushions outside under cover were moldy and dark stains. For the price, there are much better options in Charleston. It’s a great location and views are very nice."

"THIS IS OUR GO-TO PLACE TO STAY WHEN VISITING CHARLESTON. EXTRA CLEAN...GREAT BREAKFAST...AND EASY TO GET ON INTERSTATE TO HEAD INTO TOWN. HIGHLY RECOMMEND"
