I’ve stayed here before, but this visit confirmed I won’t be returning. The hallways and interior rooms smell heavily of moisture, and our first room was so bad it was hard to breathe—even with a dehumidifier running. Looking back, I should have paid closer attention to reviews because it seems like mold is a common issue here, which is honestly concerning.
We ended up switching rooms three times. The second room initially seemed better, but at 4am I discovered the shower had no showerhead—just a pipe spraying water. Then the TV didn’t work, and staff couldn’t fix it, so we had to pack up and move again. That same room was also right by the kitchen and facing construction, so it was noisy and constantly smelled like food.
After all the inconvenience and wasted time (while I was here for work and just trying to rest), I asked for a late checkout and was denied, despite seeing availability online.
At the end of the day, the price makes sense—but not in a good way. Between the smell, maintenance issues, noise, and multiple room changes, I’d strongly recommend staying elsewhere"
