"My flight was cancelled when I called the front desk they didn’t have any rooms available so I went on Expedia and booked one. The front desk made it difficult for me to find the shuttle bus to the hotel but the driver found me as I was booking an Uber. After getting to the hotel my experience was wonderful! "Stayed here last minute when flight canceled due to weather. Staff was great, a shuttle made it convenient back and forth to airport. Rooms are spacious, but there was a lingering smell of cigarette smoke. Otheryit was fine and definitely beat sleeping on an airport bench!"

"Do not stay here. Housekeeping entered my room without authorization while I was actively checked in. My personal items (including my contact lenses and travel gear) were taken from the room, and the shower curtain was missing. The staff lied about entering the room until I pointed out the proof. The manager promised at checkout to reimburse me for the missing items but is now completely ghosting my messages. Insecure rooms and completely untrustworthy management."
