"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception area and adjoining bar/restaurant was dirty and tables were not bussed for a long amount of time. Floors in both areas were filthy and tables not cleared."

"Comfortable very clean bed - extra blankets. Great working jug, micro, lights etc... But dripping shower n basin taps. Shower cubical very small n no bathroom airfan. Rooms need fresh air airing"

"You get what you pay for. It is OK for what you pay for. It's a small room with basic facilities. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Terminal 2 at Sydney Domestic Terminal."

"When we arrived and went to the room , it was filthy and unfit for occupation. We told the staff and they sent us to a clean room and had no further problems with our stay. good location , good breakfasts. just disappointed our stay started off as it did."

"We checked in near midnight. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Beds were clean and comfy. Efficient design of space allowed showers and toilet not feeling cramped. Buffet breakfast was good."

"It was okay. Not bad not the best. Perfect for its use to board an early flight with prompt 3rd party shuttle service. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms but it wasn’t terrible. Useful and that’s about it."

"My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it. I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products. Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK."

"The staff were very nice. The room is okay. The hotel isn’t not close to shops or restaurants . You need to pick up your luggage up a stairs to make it to an elevator/lift to get to the upper level to your room."

"Room was clean with small balcony and small workspace desk as advertised. I would stay here again, but some FYI for other travellers. Bed is very high. Blackout curtains did not fully black out the room as light leaked in around sides of curtains. On L3 quite a bit of noise from the street and I think a plumbing pipe/ gutter near my particular room so we heard running water, at varying volume, near constantly"
