"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I stayed at the property on my way to Sequoia National Park and my family and I were able to sleep peacefully. Room was clean and bathroom was also nice. They provide a good breakfast"

"Place was great and super clean. My only complaint is that people and Housekeeping are very loud when speaking. I was woken up by them. I understand they have a job to do but they can at least be considered about how loud they speak."

"We did not feel safe, and the lobby was dirty. Witness a drug deal right outside on the street. I canceled our reservation, and they still charged me."

"Hotel lobby was clean. Unfortunately the room smelt like motor oil, carpet had stains, bathroom not clean, found hair in the shower, hallways and elevator smelled like rotten trash."

"Clean surroundings! Nice staff, Clean room, nice amenities, The only minor complaint was that the bathroom door squeaks, a/c a bit noisy, and bird noise in the roof.(negligible). Clean and nice parking lot. Free breakfast was offered but didn’t eat there. Can’t comment on it. Overall, good experience. I recommend this place. Will stay again when in that area."

"TV doesn't work, towels are dirty, 2/3 of the office staff has bad attitude and not helpful, pool dirty and objects or dead animals floating, lights in the room didnt work, door card malfunctioned every morning. Very sketchy location. If your looking for a bed to lay on and shower to use only then this place is OK. You get what you pay for."

"Clean rooms. Nice shower. Terrible pillows. Like sleeping on balled up socks. No coffee in our room was very sad. Other than that, it was pleasant. The Mexican restaurant next door is excellent with great food and service."

"Our stay was very disappointing. The pool was dirty, and our room was not cleaned well upon arrival. The biggest issue was that we accidentally left behind a $100 wedge pillow that is medically necessary. We returned to the hotel the same night and again the following day to retrieve it, but we were repeatedly told they did not have it. It's very upsetting that an item so important for a medical condition could not be located, especially after we reported it so quickly. Based on our experience...
