"Perfect location and the facilities are really good. Very dog friendly and I found it the perfect relaxing stay. Studland beach just minutes walk away. Breakfast really good , didn’t have dinner as went into Corfe. Love the whole area . Booked to come again"

"A clean quiet hotel in a good location about 15 minutes walk along the promenade from the centre of Swanage. Staff are very helpful. Serves breakfast and dinner and has a spa in the basement and pleasant beer garden right above the beach. The parking is very limited and the only other downside is that the bed is one of the least comfortable (/older?) that I have slept in."

"Friendly staff and pool looked nice which is why I booked but unfortunately did not get chance to use it as didn’t get a wink of sleep. The room was unbearably hot even with windows open and a fan on. I dread to think how bad it would be in the summer. The bath taps were stuck on hot and didn’t retain any water as the plug was not sealed properly so couldn’t have a proper shower or bath either. The toilet roll was rougher than sandpaper- genuinely have never known any like it. The rooms would...

"We had a lovely stay,the staff were great. The only issue we had was,we had to change our 1st room as no hot water out the ho tap in the bath and we had the same problem with our 2nd room"
