"Good things: breakfast was okay. Juanita was very helpful and empathetic.
Bad things: weekend manager and front desk was unhelpful, full of excuses, and blamed the customers for faults of the hotel.
Sheets had a stain that we asked to be changed immediately, which wasn’t taken care of til we asked 3 times. An ant infestation was never taken care of, and we somehow transported ants into our cars. We couldn’t find the tv remote, and the staff blamed us. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied, and when we asked to change and make sure our credit card was not attached to the occupied room we got attitude from the staff."
