"Good things: breakfast was okay. Juanita was very helpful and empathetic. Bad things: weekend manager and front desk was unhelpful, full of excuses, and blamed the customers for faults of the hotel. Sheets had a stain that we asked to be changed immediately, which wasn’t taken care of til we asked 3 times. An ant infestation was never taken care of, and we somehow transported ants into our cars. We couldn’t find the tv remote, and the staff blamed us. We were given a key to a room that was already occupied, and when we asked to change and make sure our credit card was not attached to the occupied room we got attitude from the staff."

"We had grandchildren with us excited to use the pool. Some guests ate and left a mess in the pool area. I suggest hourly checks just to be sure there's enough towels and the area is clean from messy guests."

"This is an OK motel for quick overnight stays. Contractors make use of this motel to house their crews, and the parking lot and hallways can be noisy at night. The breakfast selection and amenities are minimal, but there are McDonald's, Culver's, and a grocery store within a short walk."
