"Was in a great location. Clean inside and outside. The morning breakfast was accommodating to various ages and needs. The staff was very friendly and help full . A comfortable temperature in the room can be tricky with the swamp cooler. Keep up the great job team ! "

"Firstly, there was a nasty smell throughout the hotel. Then I get to my room and the fridge did not work. The cabinets were falling apart. I go to the bathroom and the fan is hanging off the ceiling exposing above. I look in the shower and the curtain is stained with who knows what. Lastly I go to lay down on one of the beds and there’s hairs(not mine) on the sheets. If you have another option that isn’t here, go there."

"The property is very old and dingy. The rooms and the corridors are badly in need of renovation. When we were there the elevator was not working and someone was stuck in it. Not sure if it is a one time thing or recurring incident. Overall I wouldn’t recommend it. "

"The hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying at Ayres property as I had been wanting to for a while so when I saw the location and rates, I knew I had to take advantage of the deal. We stayed in one of the suites, which came with a cute little patio. It was perfect for sitting down with a cup of coffee and a good book, or just enjoying some quiet time with beautiful mountain and lake views. "This is an extended stay place so it's clear some people live here. The lobby and property looks new but the hallways smell old and the carpet is dirty. The rooms are clean but very basic. Towels are thin and bedding is cheap. It's fine for one night stay. Location is great and staff is efficient and friendly. "

"Not one bad thing just small annoyances - There was no towels by the hot tub, staff was on their cell phones in the elevator, our refrigerator in the room didn’t work, and why only one chair on the balcony when two people stay in the room."

"Room was very spacious and clean. The front desk staff at time if check-in and checkout were both very friendly and welcoming. The location has a lot of restaurants around so you can just walk to get food. My son and I had a nice and comfortable stay. "
