"Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant colliding (Elephant and Castle). The West Adam’s Club Quarters is an old and outdated property but room was ok, cleaned daily and the staff super friendly. Location was unique, it is near a lot of opportunities to see points of interest in this beautiful city. Near train stations and places to have lunch/diner "

"Our stay was exceptional. But, I was totally disappointed with Expedia. Even though they had confirmation on their computer, the hotel had no info on our booking. The manager had to review the app to book our stay. Check-in should have been 5-10 minutes, tops!!! It took about 1 1/2 hours. I traveled 1 1/2 hours away to see a Dr for collapsed feet. Then I called Expedia and kept sending me to talk with an AI Agent. It took forever to get a human. And, then I got a foreigner that I could barely understand what he said. I finally got taken care by the manager of the hotel. That was extremely patient in assisting us with our stay! Probably not using Expedia again! This was the 3 time reservation issues with two hotels and once with a car rental."
