"We were over for the 12th celebrations. The property was in a great location, the host responded very quickly to any queries, the property was very clean, homely and had everything we needed, the bed had the comfiest pillows I’ve ever came across and the host had left us milk etc for a cuppa on arrival, beautiful interior and all that was needed for our stay. Didn’t have breakfast, but had pre-dinner drinks out on the terrace which over looks the river, which was lovely & bar area was fab. We were going to an event at the SSE Arena, so this was very convenient for the location & within walking distance of the venue. "

"Brilliant location!! Easy parking and lovely room. Beds were super comfy. Special mention of exceptional service to James in maintenance department, Cane in the bar and Sharman in the restaurant. Our tv wasn’t working in our first room so we were upgraded to another room for our 6 day stay. Was much appreciated. Small criticism was the breakfast buffet was a bit untidy and poorly replenished at times. We will definitely be back and will recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Belfast. "

"Luxury hotel does not do this beautiful property justice. A warren of comfort as you enter. Super bar with snacks and cocktails to tempt. Bedrooms are amazing with my bed in the double room big enough to be classed as a small island. Wish i was staying longer to avail of the spa but definitely next time."
