"Place is dirty. Carpet is old and stained. Bathroom is not in good shape, fixtures are falling apart. Elevators are very slow. Area is at the center, be careful of the surroundings. "

"Was very worn and needed some serious updating. Ran down would be a better way of putting it. Breakfast area way to small for number of guests. Also a very loud area of Miami especially on the weekend. Loud cars racing around that echos bad. Needless to say on a Friday night did not get much sleep. Laundry facilities are aweful too. Lost 7.00 on a washing machine. Would not stay again. "

"We had a wonderful view of the ocean from our hotel room. We actually watched a wedding on the yacht docked outside our window. It is within walking distance of many wonderful restaurants and many attractions. It is busy with a lot going on, but it’s Miami, so that is to be expected. The room was quiet, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend!"

"Not worth the stay for so many reasons. I needed a quick easy night before a 7am flight. If you have a rental car don’t park here - the narrow 30 car lot is angled and dead ends, so you’ll have to back out completely. Yay. Then there’s no elevator so good luck to your back to haul luggage up the stairs. Then the tiny rooms and postage stamp sized bathroom, while renovated it’s still so very tiny and the stall shower not enjoyable at all. And the paper thin walls - this was the worst part. There was a group of foreign men staying to the right of #238 that talked in FULL VOLUME until 3:30am, on the night we change clocks ahead so I lost yet another hour. Ear plugs helped but not fully. I had complete lack of faith the young front desk girl would have it in her to get them to quiet down so I didn’t bother complaining. Lesson learned to do more digging on hotel amenities next time I book. I travel a ton so this is just one bad experience out of many good, but seriously don’t pay the $220 a night for this sad hotel."
