"Breakfast was great. Staff was super nice and stay was really easy and serene. The complimentary fountain drinks at all hours is an amazing idea and just for that alone I’d be back x10. Loved my stay!!!"

"Staff was very nice. That is about it. Very tired hotel. Breakfast wasn’t good. Coffee was bad. Our room had 3 extensions cords to plug things in. Towel bar literally coming off the wall."

"When I went my room I found a bug in my bed, stains on the sheets, and hairs in the shower. I asked to be moved. They moved me to a different room. There were still stains on the sheets and hairs in the shower that were not mine due to me not using it yet. I wanted to get a refund but saw reviews on here that said they would not refund you if you booked through a third party which I did. This place is so gross, I bought shower shoes to feel comfortable showering. Skip it at all costs. Spend a little more to feel comfortable. They also now charge $5 a night for parking, which they did not charge me due to my poor experience. Pro was the room was quiet and the AC worked well. "

"Lovely historic hotel with a sweet & helpful staff. We would stay here again. The location is great, with many nice restaurants in walking distance. Also nearby is the El Paso Museum of Art, which is well worth checking out."

"This motel was an absolute disappointment on every level. The room was not clean. There were stains on the top bed cover and the pillow case and the floor. . There were hairs in the sink on arrival and a musty odor in the halls. We assume that smell was from the filthy, green swamp in the swimming pool. The staff was uncaring and blamed the dirty room on "remodeling".... Ummm no. Avoid this place."
