"I didn't know we had to constantly ask for towels and washclothespecially. I thought cleaning would be done every day and a change of towels also. Unfortunately, they had problems with their pipes and had to shut off the water mid-morning. I wish they could have did that somewhere around the nighttime. While we were asleep that way, we wouldn't have had to worry about not being able to clean our bodies between 10 and 12 AM. Although they gave us a notice by the elevators, it was still alarming to have the water shut off while cleaning up."

"This was a very nice and bougie hotel/casino! The room was very clean and the bed was very confortable. We were escorted to our room by one of the staff members upon arrival, so we felt important! The drive to downtown Chicago was not that bad either….only about 20-30 minutes away. It was worth the drive to get some free parking. We will definitely stay again."
