Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service. "Such a beautiful room with a view of the sea. Our host was so kind to make us coffee upon arrival and reference the area restaurants. After a long day of walking and sightseeing in nearby Victoria, this was a welcome respite. The bed was incredibly comfortable! Parking was easy. We were just a short walk/drive to the center of town and some great dining choices! Breakfast was lovely as well- the orange cake was next level. Thank you for a lovely stay! "

"Our room was very spacious beautiful view of the sea. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillows were comfortable to. Shower was good. The food was good, quite a variety. The bar staff made amazing cocktails. The spa well we expected a nice chilled relaxed massage we had the couple's experience, but turn out to not be as relaxing as we thought (so take note). We asked for a relaxing massage. Other wise all in all the stay was good."

It's a new facility, so they are still addressing some mechanical issues, but they are eager to improve and welcome feedback from guests. "Die Kirche - genau daneben - ist mir zu laut gewesen. Alle 15 Minuten hat sie Laute abgegeben und in der Nacht. Fenster konnten nicht geöffnet werden, da zu laut. Drinnen hat mit der Klima etwas nicht gestimmt, war zu kalt bzw. ließ sich nicht regulieren. Lage war aber ganz gut, man kann zu Fuß nach Victoria laufen. "
