"Stayed at Kimpton Roatan with 4 families, hoping for one of the best hotels on the island. The villas are nice but need upgrades ,broken shower faucet, slow water dispenser, patio door that wouldn't shut properly. I could live with that, it's Honduras. The real problem is service. Worst customer service I've seen in 30+ countries I've visited. We got locked out of our patio and called the front desk multiple times for help, no one ever came. A friend happened to have a wrench and we opened it...

"We love this hotel! Great location, very safe with security everywhere. Awesome pool with slides. If you are booking with Expedia they dont list the all inclusive package so ask about adding it when you check in. It was very reasonable and worth every penny! The buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner was really good, lots of variety, salads, fruits, cheeses, breads. 6 or 7 hot items total and dessert. We are gluten free and always had plenty of options, even dessert. They also have a snack bar...

"The Mayan Princess was one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed at. The beach was so clean and calm. The pictures of the beach do not do this place any justice because is more beautiful in person. The staff was friendly and helpful. The A la carta restaurants were a 10 out of 10 with a good selection of sea food. The drinks were ok maybe a 6 out of 10 (if you like cocktails). The place was very relaxing and not over crowded.
