"The room was clean and the bed comfortable; but it was inconvenient that no ice dispenser was available in the hotel. Also, I didn’t care for the strong pet odor and encounters with those pets on the elevator. My check in was virtual and was handled seamlessly by the hotel clerk. I was in town with my partner for a family reunion. I would definitely stay here again."

"Customer service was great! There was an issue on their end with my deposit but it was quickly resolved. The rooms were clean and I saw housekeeping cleaning other rooms. They did serve continental breakfast but I did not partake so I can not speak on it but lots of people seemed to enjoy. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. Amazing property for the price I paid!"
