"Property is amazing! The Lake view from our balcony was absolutely stunning. Our room was modern, spacious and clean. Service was courteous and professional. Our only complaint is that our upstairs neighbors thought it was a good idea to rearrange furniture around midnight every night. Other than that, our trip was perfect! Would absolutely stay again."

"The room was cleaned every other day, and they did a very good job. The continental breakfast was excellent, including bagels, muffins, yogurt with various mix-ins, cereal, and some type of fresh fruit. The staff was good overall, though there was not always someone available at the front desk if you had a problem. (There would be a sign that said "Helping other customer", which suggests that staffing was very low.) However, in general it was a nice place and I would probably stay there again if needed."

"We've stayed at this location multiple times. It works for parents with kids visiting museums and events in downtown Rochester. It's only 15 from downtown. The positives include affordable, reasonably clean, an included decent breakfast, plenty of parking, and comfortable beds. The mediocre is that the rooms lack places to hang clothes and towels in the bathrooms, the walkways in the room are tight, the bathroom fixtures are warn and sometimes take fiddling to make work properly, the dining room is best early in the morning because it gets very full as the morning goes later, and the pool can be overly crowded depending on time of day. It's not posh, but it's good value for the money and we've never had problems with noise or unresponsive staff."
