"I arrived at the hotel and was told the reservation I made had been cancelled, with no reason and no name of the person who made the cancellation. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. The staff member at the front desk was the one saving grace; she was supportive during this process.
Also, I saw a sign that the dryer was broken. A person who had been staying there for three weeks mentioned to me that she hadn't had her bed linens changed since she checked in. Overall, this was not a good experience."
