"We ended up having a nice evening, but when we checked in we were not given our complimentary food/drink voucher. We called the check in desk, she apologized and said we could pick up anytime. We enjoyed the buffet that night, gambled and called it a night. My husband gets up earlier than I do, and went to pick up the voucher to get coffee and breakfast and they wouldn't give it to him. When I woke up I called and asked if they could send it to my room, as it wasn't given to us at check in, I wasn't dressed yet, and check out was at 11:00. They didn't have anyone they could send I was told. It was our first time there, we basically didn't feel like guests much of the time and more like a bother. We never picked up the voucher and promptly checked out at 11:00."

"The place was affordable and breakfast was decent. There are hot options offered daily, like ham and scrambled eggs and a waffle maker. The staff was nice. There was a mix up when we first got there and we were assigned a dirty room, which had not been cleaned yet. So, we were assigned a new room. That new room’s toilet didn’t flush well. But we were only there for 1 night, so we managed without any big issues. We were only there because we had to catch a cruise the next day. The hotel is about 35-40 min from cruise port. So, if you’re driving from afar, this is a good hotel. It wasn’t crowded either. It’s located in a nice area with a lot of restraints close by."
