The location is amazing! I had a view of the harbour! And the price is good. If you like somewhere where you can expect staff at the desk, this isn't it. They're great when they're there but if they aren't you're left waiting in a warm lobby.

Hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable. But the rooms are overwhelmingly small, the bath did not drain properly, the shower was a heavy handheld in a (narrow) bath which was difficult to use, and the air conditioner in the room made a loud grinding noise approx. every 60 seconds. Breakfast was ok, but a delivery truck pulled up outside the windows (1) obscuring the harbour view and (2) left the compressor on and was noisy. The elevator is tiny and parking is extremely difficult nearby. We were here in 1991 for our honeymoon, hence the return, but, as they say, sometimes better not to go back. Hotel is very convenient for the town and dining though

Very much enjoyed our stay at this Best Western Hotel. The location and walk ability can not be beat. Staff was friendly and courteous. Hotel has that old world charm that fits in perfectly with the ambiance of Honfleur. Room was spacious and confortable as well. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
