In the afternoons, we loved the complimentary drinks and snacks—it was such a nice touch. The location couldn’t be better, everything is walkable and just steps away from Waikiki Beach. The staff went above and beyond with their friendliness and outstanding customer service, making us feel so welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone...

"I will definitely come back! They upgraded us to VIP best view. We had a leak in our AC vent, however they resolved it by sending maintenance to fix as soon as possible for it to be up and running again. This spot is close by tourist attractions by feet (shops, beach, etc.)! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Thank you to the friendly and accommodating staffs for making my partner and I feel welcome."
