"The hotel is like brand new both in the public areas and the rooms. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Airport shuttle every 30 minutes. Excellent food in the restaurant. We plan on returning to this hotel on our next visit to Amsterdam. "

"Wonderful staff. So warm and helpful. 5 minutes walk from bus stop for Schipol and Haarlem. Very frequent shuttle bus to airport. Great breakfast, and 2 options for evening meal in the hotel - bar and restaurant. Large room. En suite with both shower and bath."

"I flew in for one night and wanted dinner. Literally, only a single McDonald's in the area. As someone from the States, we don't actually eat McDonald's at home. It's not the hotel's fault, but I'm answering the last question of the survey honestly - there are horrible, or no, options for dinner in the area. Not even a convenient store to grab snacks and water."

"The hotel is in a beautiful garden and park land. There are groceries and a shopping mall nearby (15-20 minute walk) and a bus stop across the street with connection to the train line. Everything was sparkling clean. The sauna was an unexpected treat, and the common areas (lobby with pool tables) were fun. "

"I needed a glass of milk after a very long day, Mia at the front desk said no problem and got it for me right away. Check in was quick and we were in our room within minutes Dining options are limited but you can order in. The room was nice, bed, so so. There is a option for pillows in the room and about 4 English speaking channels. We have stayed here twice and both times were very nice"
