The location is prominent. The car parking is at the next door. The hotel provide 15% discount on the parking costs. The staffs were friendly, plenty of breakfast options and sufficient number of tables available for breakfast, so no waiting time. The room is not perfectly clean - there were dusts on the coffee machine shelf and on the floor. The hotel description says about sofa bed which is not true - it is just a bed and it is not sofa. I've booked for 2 children and therefore 2 single cots were provided. Those beds couldn't be folded and it was occupying much space of the room. The queen size bed was comfortable. The temperature in the room was good and could be adjusted well. The Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport doesn't maintain the same quality was other Novotel across The Netherlands. The quality is somewhere between Ibis and Novotel and not real Novotel chain. But still our family had comfortable stay.
