"Staff were very friendly"

"⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 Stars – Great Location, Clean Rooms & Friendly Staff! Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel during our Amsterdam trip! The room was clean and comfortable, which is always a major plus when traveling. The location was one of the biggest highlights! The hotel is right near the train/bus station, and the airport is only one train stop away. Getting into central Amsterdam was also convenient. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! We arrived very early, and they allowed us to...

"The shuttle was easy to find and prompt. An excellent hotel for a relatively quick overnight in Amsterdam if you'd like to be near the airport. We loved learning that it's owned by the 5th generation of a local family. They clearly take pride in what they do."

"It was great and everything was except no water but they said their water is 100% good"

"A good hotel although not much is nearby if you are not travelling with a car. Room was good and breakfast was very good. Hotels restaurant was not open but thankfully the restaurant across the street was good. No grocery or convenience stores nearby. Close to the train."

"This is one of the good hotel near airport, room is clean, staff are friendly so overall everything is excellent"

"They were able to maintain a gracious hotel even through all the renovation going on. The best part of this hotel were the people involved. The night clerk, the night of Oct. 17th , a young man named Mike in particular, was extremely efficient, and very thoughtful and kind as was the gentleman on duty the next morning. IF everyone were as terrific as these two, the world would be a better place. All Best Western employees should pattern themselves after these two."

"Half way through a long trip we were especially grateful for access to laundry facilities. Room was spacious with an especially large bathroom, particularly for Europe."

"Algo lejos del centro, pero se llega sin problema, me gusto"

"Clean, comfy bed, excellent and kind staff. Steps away from de hoek bus platform to schiphol in 5 min. Thank you to all the kind women at reception and cleaning staff. I wish I could bring you all with me whenever I travel. Dank u wel!"

"Perfect location 5 mins walk to tram and buses."
